Wearable displays
XREAL 1S: start with your source device
A practical fit check before buying a screen you wear.

The decision
Our view: put connection compatibility ahead of the advertised screen size. A wearable display is useful only if it shows the content you already use without an awkward chain of adapters.
Try your actual routine
List your two most likely uses: watching a film in a chair, playing a handheld game, or reading text while travelling. Ask the seller to demonstrate those uses with your device. Try subtitles and small menu text, not only a bright promotional video.
Where it may disappoint
We have not worn or tested this model. Display specifications cannot tell us whether its fit will suit your face. If you wear prescription glasses, confirm the available lens solution and the return conditions before ordering.
Our buying rule
Shortlist it after the connection and fit checks. Wait if you cannot confirm either. Keep the ordinary screen you already own as the comparison point: the purchase should solve a specific inconvenience.
